Lisa Adams is both the founder and facilitator at Nurse Lisa Wellness. She has 26+ years of experience as a registered nurse and knows the healthcare sector's situation and ground realities. She has a diversified experience portfolio, including working in hospitals, urgent care, private clinics, and home health settings. She knows firsthand the monumental stressors affecting healthcare practitioners and first responders, as well as those working in "helping" professions such as teachers and entrepreneurs. With her broad experience both in the field and conducting workplace wellness training, she offers comprehensive, life-long tools to manage the effects of chronic stress. Lisa is also an author of a book titled America's REAL Healthcare Crisis.

Katt has been teaching health and wellness for over 10 years in Los Angeles, CA before moving to Cornville, AZ two years ago. She is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, HCI Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and Certified in Barre & Cardio. To Katt, food is not only nourishment but MEDICINE and is an important practice in self-care. Through her own personal journey with food and fitness, she now shares her passion to help others by teaching them to listen to the unique language of their own body and how to tune into energy levels. This teaching results in a life-long transformation based on self-honesty and learning to trust their own body's needs.

Jacob Massey
